It's with heavy heart I report....

that unfortunately, the sale of our Kansas City house is unlikely to happen. We have hit a roadblock with the appraisal and closing costs which apparantly can't be negotiated. Our next plan is to try to rent the house out. We know that God has a plan for this and we'll be ok. It just means we'll be a little longer in our "little" house before we can move on! We are a family and that is what is important!
